International Landscape Photographer of the Year 2024

Entrants were asked to submit at least four shots.


Sunrise on the Atacama desert and an elm tree in a snow storm are among the four winning images that enabled Canadian Andrew Mielzynski to be crowned as International Landscape Photographer of the Year 2024.


More than 3,600 images from all over the world were submitted to the competition, which is now in its eleventh year.


Other striking landscapes featured below are by Ignacio Palacios, who is based in Australia and who came in second place; plus images by third placed Gheorghe Popa of Romania. OGN also includes a couple of striking 'Special Awards' winners from the competition. Want to take a look?
